The Colorado Secretary of State has reported that the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) announced the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) will re-open starting Monday, January 11, 2021 for new borrowers and certain existing PPP borrowers.
Initially, only community financial institutions will be able to make First Draw PPP Loans starting Monday, January 11, 2021 and Second Draw PPP Loans on Wednesday, January 13, 2021.
