Patrick D. Vellone’s primary area of practice is complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on lender and fiduciary liability, intellectual property litigation, securities, contract and bankruptcy adversary representation.
For over 30 years, Patrick has been admitted to practice for particular cases and has litigated in numerous federal and state courts throughout the United States. He is a Martindale-Hubbell AV rated attorney and has been named a Colorado Super Lawyer annually since 2007. Patrick pursues every case with proactive, innovative and aggressive approaches designed to lead to a positive value result.
