Matthew M. Wolf
In addition, Matt has a diverse complex litigation practice. He has successfully prosecuted and defended individual actions, class actions, shareholder derivative suits, bankruptcy proceedings, and FINRA arbitrations.
Matt received his undergraduate degree from the University of Denison. He graduated with honors from the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Law, in 2001 with a concentration in finance transactions. While at the University at Buffalo, he was a member of Law Review and the Moot Court board, and was inducted into the Order of the Barristers for exhibiting excellence in oral advocacy.
Matt has received the highest peer rating from Martindale Hubbell AV® and has been named a Rising Star® and a Superlawyer® by Colorado SuperLawyers® each year that he has been eligible.
