On May 21, 2020, Governor Polis issued the Guidance to Employers and Places of Public Accommodation Regarding Equal Opportunity Employment and Reasonable Accommodations Due to the Presence of COVID-19 (the “Colorado Guidance”).  The Colorado Guidance discusses non-discrimination and reasonable accommodations for those with COVID-19, those who have been exposed to COVID-19, those with symptoms of COVID-19, and those with disabilities (“Vulnerable Individuals”).
