Mark J. Appleton has been practicing law in Denver, Colorado since 1985 at various large law firms as well as for the federal government in civil litigation matters.

Mark’s civil litigation practice includes securities, investment, financial and commodities related litigation, investment and financial fraud, negligence, breach of fiduciary duty and other torts, business and commercial litigation, breach of contract, banking litigation, real estate litigation, professional liability, administrative law and regulatory defense as well as insurance related matters.
