Penny Platnick received her Juris Doctorate in 1984 from the University of Minnesota, magna cum laude. Ms. Platnick joined Allen & Vellone’s litigation and employment law departments in 2008. In the employment arena, Ms. Platnick has experience in the enforcement of non-compete agreements, wrongful termination, employee handbooks, misappropriation of trade secrets, age, sex and disability discrimination, sexual harassment, and defamation. Ms. Platnick’s commercial litigation experience includes contract disputes, antitrust, patent, lender liability, shareholder disputes, and securities litigation.
